I am new to business with New Town Spares and I must say, I am happy I stumbled upon their site. Not only did I get the parts I needed for an old but reliable machine, I also experienced one if not, the best customer service I've ever come across. The parts were in reasonable and acceptable conditions and Barry is the greatest customer service rep to date.

The support lied to me about a specific item that I have order and now received. Instead of what I ordered, I got something that is similar but not what I needed.

I initially found New Town Spares last summer after our Contracting department Awarded this company the contract for the purchase of their Top-Quality hard drives! I'm so thankful that I reached out in the Spring of this year and established a good working relationship! I've had nothing but Wonderful Experiences ever since while working with Barry C., their Account Manager! He is an Excellent Communicator, Professional, Competent, Positive, Friendly, and Dedicated to assisting his customers no matter how difficult the request or how long it takes! In my line of work I've come across many Sales/Customer Service Representatives and unfortunately, I've only found a limited number of them that can provide Exceptional customer service. A huge part of my job is to locate a source of supply for older, sometimes very old computer equipment. This is far from an easy task considering how quickly technology is developing and constantly moving ahead to the Next "Latest & Greatest" electronic widget. Barry has been able to find compatible hard drives for me that meet the specs required. He has also gone Above & Beyond and been able to accommodate our warehouse's packing and labeling requirements for the shipment and receipt of smaller computer components. Many companies have Zero control of their parts and the delivery of them after ordering. I've seen materials get damaged and become hard to identify once received from other IT and Computer Supply companies. New Town Spares is a unique company and very different! Barry sets the Bar High and has been expertly assisting me with very difficult parts to find since May of 2024! I'm confident that I'm in good hands and it's refreshing to know that Barry will go the Extra Mile to make sure that he has tried everything he can to assist with my questions and requests! It's obvious that he takes a lot of pride in what he does and really cares about helping his customers! I Greatly appreciate Barry from New Town Spares and all his time spent supporting me! Just what I needed and very quickly

We were able to receive the product on time, but for a $501 order the 2nd day shipping was $1,012! I felt like I was taken advantage of, though ground was many hundreds of dollars. I will not buy from New Town Spares with this kind of service!

Ethan could tell i had a little experience. With great patients, he prepared 1 quote I read it. I could see the power supply was too close for "my comfortable" use in order to have spare room power-wise 10-20%. Ethan reconfigured the quote. We had a problem with the web portal, he reset it to reflect free shipping as I was spending enough to merit Free Shipping. Ethan handled all the changes, after my telling him I'd be using it with brand new Dell curved monitor.
