The first battery was received damaged. First attempt to contact was not acknowledged. Second attempt received a reply. Asked for pictures. Said they were working on a return slip and would get back to me. No reply. Sent another email they said a replacement was sent. Replacement arrived and it will not take a charge. Nowhere in their description does it indicate an end of life product. I would never buy from this company again.

Glad I was able to find this monitor. They are no longer manufactured so all that's available is a refurbish, so it came down to getting it in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price.
