Great product at excellent price. The SSD I purchased from New Town Spares works great. I only wished I had replace my HDD, which was working fine, with the SSD - I knew the SSD would be faster, but it is much faster than I imagine. Also, New Town Spares customer service is commendable, from initial help to follow up service and calls.

Daniel Eriston was very helpful and patient. Our printer arrived and was packaged perfectly. I was concerned about purchasing and older printer but, it works just fine!

When I initially received a scanner from Newtown Spares, it did not work. The company quickly replaced it with a new one that worked fine.

Newtown was incredibly responsive to concerns via customer service. Fast shipping. Staff was knowledgeable about the parts they sent, was able to answer a rather esoteric question about the variation of the motherboard I purchased. I want to give 4.5 stars, because a non-critical component of the board is not functional, but they offered a discount on future orders to make up for it. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Daniel was very helpful and made sure I received NEW units once I had inadvertently ordered refurbished ones. Units arrived tested and when expected. Danil was responsive and always corteous.
