We attended a seminar the Newton Group held last winter. It wa a dreary Sunday afternoon, football was over and we had nothing else to do. Our experience with our timeshare itself was so horrible, we were skeptical that this company would be able to get us out of this mess. But, they did! And evry promise made at that seminar was kept. No hidden fees, no last minute failures. It wasn't cheap to get out of the timeshare nightmare, but by now we were spending $1,000. a year in maintenance fees for a timeshare we could never use. We never got to use it for places we really wanted to go, because there was always a year or two waiting list. So, for the cost of 3 years of maintenance fees, we got out of our contract and NEVER have to pay another penny.

Newton Group lived up to their promise. It took several months, but we were releasing two units. They kept us informed and made transition as easy as possible. Thank you Newton Group. You have relieved a great stress, since not able to use our timeshares.

The timeshare experience was good for our family for about 10 years; then we realized we were no longer using it very much and the maintenance fees kept increasing every year. The resort company won't "buy" back the timeshare, so we had to look elsewhere. Newton Group had good reviews so we contacted them. They were very straightforward and kept in contact throughout the process. The actual process from start to finish took a lot longer than expected. There was a lot of paperwork (a lot of it had to be notarized with 2 witnesses) and the cost was higher than expected; but it is worth it to no longer have maintenance fees for the rest of our lives, and our kids won't have to inherit and worry about them when we are gone.

The timeshare companies do NOT want any customer to end a contract with them, so they make it as nearly impossible to do so as they can. The people of the Newton Group stayed with us through out the process and made it happen! We are free from our timeshare contract! Everyone from the Newton Group who worked with us was very supportive, caring, and knowledgeable as they worked through the process. They kept us informed at every step along the way. I was looking for a company to transfer the ownership of my vacation property. I chose the Newton Group Transfer because of their high ratings n in their website. My husband and I had a good meeting with the sales man at the beginning and he went very careful with the process on how to make this transfers. Once the process started it took a little bit longer than I was expecting, the communication was every three or four weeks, and sometimes the communication was the same, no changes, and that made me a little bit nervous. The whole process took about eight months, but the end result was that we no longer had ownership of the timeshare. That was very satisfactory. I would have given them a five if it hadn’t been for the process taking longer than I thought. I would certainly recommend Newton Group Transfer for doing what they claim they do.
