Knowing that there are indeed companies out there who are not really legitimate when it comes to serving those who own timeshares and who want to rid themselves of ownership and/or eliminating extremely high maintenance fees, so it is with much caution that I listened to a Newton Group Transfer representative who explained their program and how exactly they would resolve this ownership problem. Simply stated, what they promised, they delivered and exactly as they promised. What really impressed me was the personal contact they had with me during the whole transfer process. If I had any questions or concerns, a Newton Group Transfers representative was just a phone call or email away. If I called and no one was available at that moment, they returned the call or replied to my email. Throughout the process, they had a representative who was so personable from start to finish. Would I recommend Newton Group Transfers to anyone who needs to get out from under the burdensome costs or problem with their timeshare ownership? Without one iota of doubt I would.

I found that the Newton group would be in my area and I chose to go and listen to what they had to say. I was alittle skeptical because there is so much fraud and dishonesty now making it difficult to trust anyone with your money. I found very valuable information during the lecture and decided to give Newton Group a chance.... I’m so glad I did because they came through with everything they promised. They kept you in the loop throughout the process and you never had to wonder what was going on. Please if you have to make a decision to get rid of your timeshare you will be in great hands with The Newton Group.

No problem recommending Newton Group. Was it fast, exactly as they told me about 4-5 Months, but worth the wait. My future maintenance fees and headaches will MORE than make up for the Fee I paid. Thanks to all the help and updates I received through the entire process.

Want to thank EVERYONE at the Newton Group for making this problem go away.. What a relief it is to know I no longer have to deal with a timeshare that controls my vacations. Newton group kept me in the loop on all the goings on of the process. Always answers my questions in a timely manner. I was hesitant at first since there are so many scam artists out there. If you want to get rid of your timeshare, this is the company that can do it, NEWTON GROUP TRANSFERS. They explain what they are going to do and then they do it. They have good web storage space so you can upload your important documents needed to get out of your time share. You can call them anytime, and they are often not it the office because they are out working on their cases, but they will return the call in a day. if you call their secretary, she will help you get the information that you need. They are at the mercy of how fast the lawyers for the owner work, but they stay on top of them and get them to move along with the process. They give you expected timing of important events, and then call and advise about progress. I signed on at the end of February and Deed was closed in November. I just did what they ask me to do, and they handled everything. Great Process, Great Company and good people working with you.

The Newton group did a great job getting rid of my timeshare. I had a difficult time finding anyone that would take it or that could sell it for me. I have tried to do it with other companies and they gave me nothing but high hopes and large invoice. After many years of paying maintenance fees on a timeshare that I never used ,I finally got rid of it with the Newton group. They did a really good job with the follow up calls to help me along the way.
