From the beginning with Richard Crouse it was very professional and there was no pressure. All of our questions were answered clearly. Here we are approximately six months latter free of ever rising maintenance fees and the pressure of knowing that our kids would not one day fall under the same obligations. Newton Group WILL get rid of your time share. It may take awhile and it won't be cheap. But they came through for us, which is an enormous relief. We had a complicated ownership situation and they figured it out and solved it. Sometimes the communication was a bit spotty. Our representative changed a few times, but I can't argue with the results. I would recommend them.

We received letter from Newton Group in the mail and scheduled appt. Did check reviews on them before doing this as we were aware of different scams going on so it makes you a little nervous. Met on 8/17/2018 with representative and decided to get things started. It does cost you money to get rid of your time share, but they were easy to work with you just need to do the paperwork they ask you to do. Received email w/ what we had to do on 8/20/18 and started right on it. By 8/23/18 we faxed info to them except you need to mail original limited power of atty to them and we did that by register mail to make sure they received. If we had questions in this process they were very timely in helping us with them. They called about every 4-5 weeks to updated and by 11/5/18 received email w/ documents of transferring timeshare and needed to wait for approval. In Dec found out it was approved and just needed to wait for our timeshare to updated their system. On Jan 10, 2019 received letter from Newton Group telling us everything was done and updated and we no longer owned timeshare. Hooray! We would recommend this Group to anyone they were very easy to work with and very helpful with any question.

I wasn't sure at first if anyone could save us from our rapidly increasing maintenance fees for a place we really didn't use anymore. But, everything worked just like the Newton group said and they kept us in constant communication. Thanks Newton Group!
