I was impressed with the fact that the Newton Group staff constantly gave me updates as to their efforts to rid me of the timeshare that had been a burden to us for many years.I felt that the money that I had to pay up front was worth every penny because of the professional way the Newton Group dealt with the timeshare company and were finally able to rid us of the constant payments that I was required to pay every year to the timeshare company.The Newton Group never asked for any extra fees and actually paid my maintenance fees for several years. My husband and I are older and do not live in the state in which this timeshare is located and I was always having to "space bank" with RCI.It was a constant problem to use it and it became very expensive to use up weeks that I really did not want. Even my 5 children did not want to use it. So I thank Newton Group for finally releasing us of the burden of that timeshare and we have actually saved money to travel where and when we want to travel.

I had a time share in Mexico which my wife and I never used. The maintenance fees were getting out of hand, almost 1,000 every 2 years. The Newton Group got us out of the time share and we have no obligation to the resort. It took over a year, but of course we owned in Mexico and expected a long process. The law firm stayed in constant contact with us which is in DC. Don't use these fly by night firms to get you out of your time share, use the Newton Group.

The Group kept me informed of all correspondence with my timeshare and on a regular basis called me to discuss the proceedings. And success in the end.

I signed a contract with the Newton Group on first contact. I had done allot of research into Time Share Transfer prior to meeting with them. Turned out that the research paid off. Once the contract was signed and payment was made, I was contacted periodically with progress reports, over the 6 months the process took, by a very pleasant and informative associate. I AM NOW TIME SHARE FREE.

The Newton Group helped get out of four timeshares. It took a little over a year to complete the last transaction, but they had warned about this. It seemed expensive initially, but was well worth it. We are very pleased.

I realized the deceptions we had signed up under the time share resort. We felt it imperative to act so that the annual drain in taxes and maintenance fees would end and our heirs would not be saddled with this contract. When we oriented under Newton Group's program, we opted to trust them, and they delivered. We had our papers in order, had no mortgage, and were current in our account, so no attorney was needed. The price seemed steep, especially for no attorney; but once the papers were handed over to them, we were kept informed, and despite the challenge of the Covid pandemic, we received our release in about 8 months. I would not hesitate to use the Newton Group again and I would recommend them to others for extraction from this type of contract.

Palmera Club in Hylton Head SC representatives told us they would sell two other timeshare properties which would pay for their property. They told us they would sell them in no longer than four months. They were listed with VSI. As months went by and they were not sold I contacted Palmera several times. Most often I did not receive a call back from anyone of authority other times I was told my concerns would be forwarded to someone in management. One person told me we had signed a contract and I had no recourse. VSI rep. explained these timeshares would never be sold because most people used VRBO and other online vacation rentals.We lost thousands of dollars living up to our "bargain". WE WERE LIED TO
