The Newton Group knows the ins and outs of dissolving timeshare ownership and related maintenance fees. Newton did a pretty good job of updating the progress of the process, I just hoped it would have been a faster. I understand that it is not within their control as it moved though the court system, but we didn't think it would take as long. Overall we are satisfied with the resolution of our timeshare ownership.

Who would have thought such turmoil could come from owning a Time Share??? No eighty year old and older citizen should have to go through such pain!!! Thanks to The Newton Group coming to our rescue, we have passed that milestone and are able to enjoy life again!!! We are so grateful for such a group and give them 5 Stars happily!!! Who would have thought that Such Joy could come from NOT owning a Time Share!!!!

These guys keep their promises I had tried 4 other firms that made empty promises. And wested lots of time as well as paid more money. The one time payment was a little high but I avoided all those penalties and extra interest add-ons. It may take a little time but they get the job done. I ignored all the crap the timeshare sent me and got the clean transfer that settled everything. Thanks heavens!! Charles K

From the start to finish we have had the most professional people we have had the pleasure to work with. Starting with Richard Crouse explaining what we had to do to get started. Letting us know that it would take time to get it done. After that we were contacted by Sabrina Sypek. She kept us updated on what was going on. We were very happy to hear from her that Summerwind's resort settled. We were very pleased with the timeline and would highly recommend Newton Group to everyone.

Exiting all those (3) timeshares has made a tremendous difference in our lives, not only in the sense that we're saving money each month, but moreso in the fact that we're not feeling weighed down by the timeshares as we used to be. Particularly with the Diamond one because that was such a horrible experience, how they out-and-out lied to us; we were in total distress and needed to get out of that. There was a time when a timeshare was actually a good deal (back in the early 1990's) but all that has changed with the websites such as Hotels.com. I have booked with them for vacations the past couple years when I could not book into the same resort through Festiva as an owner. In other words, it was a total loss of money. Anyway, as "senior citizens", we really appreciate having gotten out of those properties!
