The Newton Group was very helpful all throughout the process of getting out of our Timeshare! They kept us informed throughout and helped us get out of our Timeshare without having to pay additional money to the Timeshare representatives! Our great thanks to the Newton group and the attorneys who represented us!

They keep the promise and time to complete the transfer pretty accurate. Although the time to fully complete the transfer took one full year instead of eight months as they estimate to complete, but not due to their fault. It is the COVID-19 cause the resort office to close for some time.

We are extremely satisfied with Newton Group Transfers (NGT). After approximately 18 months after signing with them we received confirmation from both DC Capital Law (hired by NGT) and the timeshare company, FantaSea Resorts, of our release from our unwanted timeshare. No more maintenance fees! We purchased our timeshare over 20 years prior and never used it once! We tried on our own to get the Resort to release us, but it quickly became apparent that it wasn’t in their financial interest to do so. They were happy to collect our yearly maintenance fee. We had interest in neither staying at the resort in Atlantic City nor in purchasing another annual fee with Interval International to exchange our horrible winter week. After investigation other firms who didn’t guarantee we would be released, we had resigned to having to pay the fee until death. What scared us the most was the possibility of our heirs having to pay it after our death. After hearing about NGT, out of desperation, we attended a free introduction session. What stood out was the presenter’s clear explanation of what they do, how they do it, AND that they guarantee we will get out of our timeshare. We signed up that night and paid half the fee. We had *some* doubts, but figured it was worth a shot. We paid the remaining fee maybe a month later. It took longer than we had hoped (about 18 months), but they never stopped working for us. We received regular updates from the law firm and were reassured that they would not stop until we were released. They were true to their word. In retrospect, I believe that one reason our release didn’t happen sooner is because we had paid our 2019 maintenance fee prior to signing with NGT, so the resort had less reason to move. Needless to say, we are extremely happy we heard about and hired Newton Group Transfers. We highly recommend their services!!!

In today's world, one must be careful who to trust. With the Newton Group Transfers there was never a moment when we wondered if we were being taken advantage of. The people who worked with us were prompt, efficient and professional throughout the process of eliminating our timeshares. What a relief! The money we could have saved had we responded to their invitation 13 tears ago! Thank you Newton Group Transfers.

The Newton Group was easy to work with. All the participants from Newton Group were helpful in explaining what was needed to achieve our goal of leaving our Time Share. We were able to contact the Newton Group with questions and situation status, and everyone was very personable. However, we were not prepared for the lengthy delay in getting results. The suggested time for this to be accomplished was suggested as 5 months, but it took more than a year for our situation to be resolved.

The people we worked with were very responsive and helpful. If I had it to do over again, I would choose this company again.
