Newtek made it very easy to start our service with them. Over the past two years our billing platform changed to better meet our needs with one service. When I called in, Steve Ball and Alex Lozano made it just as easy to cancel our contract. Thank you to Newtek’s team for such a great experience! I recommend them highly!

They ask for front deposit of $600.. why??

Alex was great. He has the patience and touch to speak with the customer. He did what he had to do and called me back because he noticed something he could help me with. Those little acts of kindness make a huge difference. Thank you, Alex, for your great customer service skills and for being mindful of my time.

Was left in the dark during a loan application for a national franchise. Could not get responses from contacts provided. I sent emails, texts, and left voicemails to no avail. I finally got a response once I CC’ed another person at the bank only for him to also go dark. Would have been 2.5m deal for them which was lost due to lack of communication. Had to go with another bank for the loan. Perhaps I am an anomaly, but based on my experience, I would not recommend them. Very unprofessional and extremely unresponsive. Edit: After leaving my review, I was reached out to by a manager who apologized for the previous person handling my file. He was able to pick up where we left off, and they have been super responsive.

I had an amazing experience with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable about my business and understood exactly what type of insurance carrier would meet my needs. She was always available and responded quickly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with her.

I love Newtek! Been with them for years. I came from ADP and have had no regrets!! My current payroll specialist is Lisa Meservey. She is amazing! Definitely knows her stuff. If she doesn’t know, she gets back to me in a timely fashion with accurate info Always notifies me ahead of time when she’s out of office and who to contact if she is. What more could anyone ask for? I have had zero issues since she has been taking care of my company. I hope she can stay with me through my entire career.

Dean was great to work with and very knowledgeable. His customer service and his communication skills ensured that i never worried. Its been a learning process as with anything, and thats been the only thing that prevents a perfect rating. I feel comfortable coming back with any issues in the future
