Newtek BankReviews of newtekbank.com

I have opened 2 CD's with Newtek and needed help on both. I was so fortunate to get that help from Marcia Luke. She was not only professional, patient and thoroughly informed on all aspects of the process, but did so with the most cheerful and inspiring attitude of any banking professional I have ever dealt with. A true pleasure to work with and a great representative for the bank.

I had a wonderful experience with Katie Houston while adding a joint account holder to my accounts. She was incredibly patient and took the time to guide me through each step of the process. Her clear communication and supportive approach made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness throughout—it made a big difference. Thank you, Katie!

Marcia Luke was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout a complicated interaction. It was as good of a customer service experience as I have ever had.

I'm a new customer who had some questions about their CD policies so I decided to give them a call. I was on hold for only a few minutes before a human being picked up. Mark Squires answered all my questions quickly and with pinpoint accuracy. He even went the extra mile by explaining what my options would be when the CD term ends (9 months into the future). Mark did all this with a delightful attitude and was a pleasure to speak to. I left the call feeling reassured about my new account. I give Newtek Bank's customer service 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed to wire some money from Newtek Bank to another bank to pay for a bill that was due in a day. Because of various reasons I wasn’t properly set up to wire the funds immediately. Fortunately Agent Katie Houston with her patience and skills was able to shepherd me through the process to get the funds wired to my bank in time.

Christopher Bou was very helpful with problems I was having with my CD account. The bank itself however is a waste and I decided not to put my money there. Days and days of going around in circles, I don’t recommend this bank, but. Christopher was great.

Marcia' Luke was incredibly helpful, providing step-by-step guidance, answering all of my questions, and created a seamless process.

Biridiana Garcia Recommendation I would like to commend Birdi for her help with me and sending a wire which was started yesterday. On the first call she sent me the necessary form and talked me thru it. Then later she called and confirmed everything with me and told me it should be sent this am. She again called me today and I checked and the wire went thru successful. She went far beyond what was required and especially since I was wiring money out of your bank. She was very pleasant and courteous and patient thru out the process. She is a valuable asset to your company...thanks
