Ja'Kira, the customer service representee was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products Newtek offered,, she walked me step by step thru the new account setup process. It was a pleasure to have her as my first introductory to Newtek Bank.

I recently opened my account with Newtek Bank & had some questions about my account. Spoke to Mark. I found him very patient & understanding of my needs. He reset my account & guided me to make sure everything was ok.... Very nice & easy person to work with....

I would love to give Newtek Bank the full 5 stars, but I recently got an email telling me I need to sign into the account after 30 days. I requested a chat for help and found out they will disable your account for not signing in. This is very scary. I have medical issues and other things going on in my life and no other bank has made me sign in like this. It seems like some kind of threat. I was told you have to contact them and verify yourself again to regain access to your own money. And then the other reason for the less than 5 stars is that they only allow one bank to be attached to your account for withdraws. They claim all of this is for security reasons. There are tons of banks out there and this one is the only one with these rules. But they do have the better interest rate and that is what it is all about. I just hope I do not get locked out of my own account because I do not sign into it enough to satisfy them and lose access to my money.

Newtek is a relatively new bank and over time has greatly improved its customer service. Their rates are appealing enough for me to be a repeat customer for the last 3+ years. There customer service is awesome too - I'd single out Katie, in particular, for her professionalism and efficiency.

Really impressed with the quality of support and the wire process which Katie effected for me. Also impressed that there was no charge for the outgoing wire.

I had the opportunity to chat with Jordan J regarding a transaction I needed to complete. He answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. He was able to help me with my transaction and followed up to make sure everything had gone through as it was supposed to. Highly recommend Newtek.

Mark deserves more than a gold medal! I couldn't open a high yield savings account and after trying multiple times, I had to call customer service which I thankfully got Mark. Mark also tried everything and after numerous time we unfortunately had to get tech support involved after even his supervisor wasn't able to open it. Mark worked behind the scenes endlessly and made sure to call me back days after to keep me up to date on my case. I told him numerous times and I'll mention it here also, he is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, his empathy and compassion, his expertise, is just the bare minimum of the efforts that he put into my case. Thank you for resolving my issue and I am grateful beyond words of the amount of work and effort that you put into my case! Thank you again Mark!
