Katie was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even when I made mistakes (uploading JPEGs instead of PDFs), she guided me with professionalism and kindness. She made setting up my account and completing the beneficiary form simple and stress-free. Her clear communication and dedication truly stand out. Thank you, Katie! I highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance!
