This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company! I never used their service, nor did I take one impression. I ordered their kit last October 2022. Had an unforeseen medical situation arise during the time it was shipped to me. I returned the kit untouched within a week of receiving it yet to this day, March 8, 2023, they are still charging me in full! This is outrageous and I am seeking legal action at this point. My advice would be run FAR AWAY from this company! I still have not received any kind of refund and have been back-and-forth with them numerous times. They knew I never took one impression yet they still have charged me in full for a service I never used. Again, I recommend you run as fast as you can toward another more reputable company that actually cares about their customer service and reputation. NewSmile does NOT.

I forgot to wear my Retainers :( after treatment and relapse occured. NewSmile offered Refinements to move back my teeth and straigthen my teeth. I'm happy with the result. I know it cost more, but their price is lower compared to others.

They were super helpful and patient during my impression sessions. And guided me through every step of the impression kit process.

My aligners came on time. The impression session was surprisingly easy with the help of the specialist, of course. They reply fast and they check in on you. It doesn't feel like you are talking to a robot.
