Good communication via text and emails - package arrived with no personalization, not or any correspondence - which would add to positive costumer service, thankfully I have my hook from my aligners treatment as I needed it to remove my new retainers the next morning hence I think it would be a good idea to incorporate into the shipment of the new aligners

the instructor was informed was able to problem solve when the top tray was obviously to small and it was not going to work. We proceeded with the lower impressions and they went great. Instructor was very kind
