They get your information then won’t leave you alone. I have advised them four different times that I went with a different company and they could quit calling me and they still call. I’ve sent them a final notice today that if they don’t stop, I’m reporting them. If you aren’t sure if you wanna go with this company or not, I would recommend don’t even sign up or they will not leave you alone even after you’re done with them. They spoof their phone numbers to keep getting through after you block them. So annoying!!! 3/4/26 Update: they asked me to submit my full name (see below response), but no email was provided and I’m not putting it here (Newself - you need to think about what you’re asking!) And I just received ANOTHER call, this time from Jason. When I asked him if they were that stupid he hung up.😆 Guess I know how to get them off my phone now! 3/25/26 - now I’m getting notifications that Newself wants information, but they still haven’t given me an email to provide info to and I sure am not putting it here! Leaving this only because I was notified if I didn’t respond my review may not be taken as legitimate, so I guess there is a way for reviews to be removed from this site…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled this service and was still charged 349$ for a product I never received. I have talked to at least 6 agents. They all say I will get my refund and that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours, and never have. I have been dealing with this for months. They are scammers and liars.

NewSelf’s GLP1 checkout page states that “All dosages are the same price,” but when I emailed customer service to double-check, “Sara” (as a previous review point out as chatbot), said that pricing may increase by dose. I asked to see the pricing tiers 5 times during our emails, but I was sent on a wild goose chase of links that never led to the prices. This is clear bait and switch and false advertising fraud. I will report to my state’s attorney general.

This was an incorrect hallucination by our AI assistant. We never charge more for higher dosages. As you pass through our process you will clearly see this when you choose any dosage and the price remains the same.
