It was easy and affordable to get started. I only took off one star because I have gotten a few "sales" calls asking me if I wanted to complete the form and get started when I am already a patient and received my medication.

Very fast and easy process
Very fast and easy process. I filled out a questionnaire, submitted some pictures and I had the prescription within a few days. I took it for about 3 months and lost 14 lbs, but am going to stop, as the associated fatigue and loss of energy are incompatible with my lifestyle.

I’ve been on Zepbound since mid…
I’ve been on Zepbound since mid October. I’ve tried everything in the past to lose weight, but being a post menopausal female with Thyroid issues didn’t help. With Zepbound I have been able to lose weight, not be hungry and each pound I lose just motivates me more. I initially did 3 months of Zepbound to see if I would lose weight. I have!! And I am continuing with Zepbound via NewSelf. I’m not hungry, only a little nausea the day after I take the injection, otherwise no other side affects. I highly recommend Zepbound via NewSelf! Terrible communication and service
They advertise all dosages are the same price, but their doctor prescribed me less than what I’ve been on for months. The communication with the doctor and customer service is all through a messaging system that is awful! No response back for days. I had been on 10mg for a couple of months and was stagnant. My doctor told me to up it to 12mg. Their doctor prescribed me 8mg for month one. 9mg for month 2 and 12mg for month 3. So I am short 28mg of medication. Upper management wouldn’t do anything about it.

Regarding dosage, while we do advertise consistent pricing across strengths, all prescriptions are determined by our licensed medical providers based on the medical intake, prior history, and clinical judgment. In some cases, even if a patient has previously been on a higher dose, our provider may recommend a stepped or adjusted titration plan for safety and tolerance reasons. This is done with patient wellbeing as the top priority.
We understand how this could feel confusing — especially if you were expecting to remain at 12mg and calculated your total medication differently. However, the prescribed plan of 8mg for month one, 9mg for month two, and 12mg for month three reflects a structured medical approach rather than a reduction of care. Safety and appropriate titration always guide these decisions.

Good experience so far
I was nervous about ordering because I read so many horrible things about the owner online. Thank goodness it turned out fine. I got through the process without issue. I am almost one month in. Though the medication makes me feel queezy on injection day, I have not had any horrible side effects. I am ten lbs down in a bit less than one month.
