The first 6 months were great, and I don't mean to say it's bad now. However, I was quite disappointed and my trust was shaken because my order didn't arrive properly. You really need to pay more attention to packaging and shipping. It's unfortunate that the trust in temperature-sensitive medications had to be broken due to shipping issues. I hope you don't forget what is most important. I lost 20 pounds over the past 6 months, and now I just have the rest of the way to go to reach my target weight. Before GLP-1, I had no faith in any other medication, but I believe in GLP-1 because my 6-month experience was a very good one. Hopefully, I can give good reviews after 6 more months.

I honestly have not been thrilled with your company. I have switched to you from Ro due to cost. Ro constantly would ask for health updates and weight updates. You have not done that. I would email with questions and concerns. I would receive prompt responses. Until this past week I didn't. I have a question that has not been answered since August. I was not thrilled that I was charged weeks ago for my medication and then did not receive it. Then had to argue with your AI. It said I would get it in November. I asked for a human representative and it refused to get me one or forward my concern. I finally was able to express multiple concerns. Since then, it seems as if there has been a turn around. You need to prove yourselves to me.

Everything seems to be progressing as I hoped, but I was a little taken back when I realized I would be paying $200/month rather than $150. I understand that price is tied to how many months you sign-up for, but this detail is easily overlooked and can lead to a bit of a let-down when actually placing the order. I understand that this is a very common marketing technique, to use the "as low as..." language which then shows the lowest possible cost, which is tied to the longest subscription, but it still feels like a bit of a shock when you realize you'll be paying much more. Seems like a more up-front marketing approach could avoid potential negative feelings. I think people are still going to buy your products at your current prices, so I don't think you'd be losing customers--I just think you'd avoid having some customers feel less than 100% satisfied with the whole process.

I am new to NewSelf I have received my first three months of medication and so far have not lost any weight and also have not experienced any side effects at all. Either my medication isn’t strong enough or maybe I haven’t been on it long enough. I am happy that I received my medication and I’m hoping it will work.
