The medication did not seem as effective as the medication I got from another company for my first 3 months. I was very impressed with the every 2 week check ins which is why they got 2 stars from me instead of 1, but was a bit put off by the dose increase being different than ALL the other companies I researched. My biggest problem with this company, and why I almost gave it 1 star, is that although I followed exactly what their stated policy was for the cancelation process, they charged me again anyway, and said that once charged, the order goes straight to the pharmacy, and can not be stopped. On top of ALL that, I received notification from FEDEX that my order was delivered (thankfully along with a photo of proof). The photo was a house across the street. I went to go get it and the label had my name but the neighbor's address. This company has shipped to me before, so why the wrong address? So I say, keep shopping. As a matter of fact, Embody has tirzepatide for $149/mo. monthly. Not for 3, or 6, or 12 months, but monthly. You pay that for a month, you get a months worth. No other hidden surprises.

New self is a scam. You get one shipment of the tirzepatide a whole bunch of syringes and then you’re charged a second amount of $274 and not a second shipment and then a third amount of $274 will be charged and no shipment with that charge either .So do the math. Whatever that adds up to you get two little vials . And it doesn’t work.

You only shipped me one month's worth of medication, and I paid for 3. I have emailed, called multiple times, and replied through the patient portal. You patient portal will not accept the images, so I even sent them through email. Throughout all of this you have refused to fix the issue. This is a scam. They take your money and then refuse to send the medication that you paid for or allow to even talk to a human to resolve the issue. Moreover, you clearly use ringless voicemail. Because while I get voicemails from your company I never have a missed call.
