This is only my first week on the treatment. Ordering was very easy. Approval was fast and they kept me aware of the status. Detailed instructions accompanied the treatment. I have noticed a curve in my appetite and I’m excited for the weeks to come!

NewSelf is legit. With so many companies offering this product you don’t really know who’s real and who’s not. The entire process was easy and by the book.

This stuff works. I lost 13 lbs. the first month. I usually only eat once a day now, and my cravings are reduced significantly. They sent nausea medication, which was nice, but the nausea has not been significant and really helps control my food intake.

Medication arrived in a timely manner. Customer service representative was very professional and explained things that I was having. Price is reasonable. I am only on my second week but was happy with the first week's result.

Never ever use this company as it is in violation of FDA SOPS. The product was sent out on May 28th and not received until June 2nd...that is 6 days. I alerted Newself to let them know the product was unusable as soon as it reaches 86 degrees and it is 105 here. Using it now can make you sick. It can stay out of the fridge for 21 days and do not put it back in the fridge. My business associate was on the research team for Tirzepatide and confirmed not to use this product. She sent me this: According to the FDA-approved guidelines, tirzepatide can be kept unrefrigerated for up to 21 days, as long as it is kept below 86°F (30°C) and protected from direct sunlight. Here is what you need to know about the medication now: Do not put it back in the fridge: Once the medication has reached room temperature, it should stay at room temperature. Changing the temperature can degrade the medication. [1, 2] Use within 21 days: You must use this pen within 21 days of taking it out of the refrigerator, or safely discard it. [1, 2] I will report this to the FDA as I have CRA training and understand how companies must adhere to FDA guidelines to protect the public. The company has cancelled the order and is returning my money. However, they could have made me sick. This company is negligent.

I switched to NewSelf from another provider, and I IMMEDIATELY noticed an improvement in customer service, on top of the price benefit. NewSelf has been exceptionally responsive, executed my order immediately and provided me with the assurance that I made the right choice. I could not be more happy!

Had a good experience, customer service great. I wanted to speak to someone because I had a few questions, and I got a call back within an hour or two and spoke with Luis Garcia. Super sweet guy, genuinely nice to speak with and very helpful. Ended up going with the one year plan after speaking with him, not because of any pushy sales tactics, but after talking it out, it made more sense. Delivery was very fast - so far, so good!
