I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a cap from New Era Cap. I recently purchased a baseball cap. The item that I received look nothing like the advertised picture. The cap looked like a $1 paper cap. When I tried to return the cap, I was unable to return it. The return policy does not work. There is no customer service. Please do not waste your time and money.

Absolutely horrible service. For a company that has large accounts and makes hats for the NCAA, MLB, NFL, and others they have NO quality customer service. You have to use email to communicate with them. Because they're scared to talk to people in person. They evidently have no quality control. Because they sent a package that had NO hat but had a hat pin that WAS NOT ordered and changed for it along with the missing hat. Not to mention they charged twice and only refunded one of the charges. I thought this company was better than that. I guess not.

I paid an additional $15 for expedited shipping because I wanted my order delivered within the advertised 2–4 business day timeframe. Instead, the package was shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and the estimated delivery date was pushed beyond what I reasonably expected when paying for expedited service. What makes this especially frustrating is that customer service insisted the shipment was still within the expedited window despite the tracking history showing delays and conflicting scan information. Rather than acknowledging the concern or offering a meaningful solution, the response felt like an attempt to justify the delay through technicalities. I don't mind paying extra for faster shipping when the service is actually provided. What I do mind is paying a premium and then being told that a delayed delivery somehow still qualifies as expedited service. The hat may be great, but the shipping experience and customer service response left a lot to be desired. I would think twice before paying for expedited shipping again.

Horrible customer service! I ordered for Fathers Day, took forever to receive items. I opened the box and hat was just shoved in the box to bounce around, and had a HUGE crease down the front! I contacted them right away and the run around begun! I asked them if they could express reship another hat ( I would pay for) and I could return this one, NOPE! They won't do that for whatever reason, and offered no resolution except to return item and they would refund once received or resend another once received. You can't speak to them on the phone, only email, HORRIBLE! Sending both item back, and will NEVER EVER do business with them again!

FedEx delivered to wrong address contacted New Era and they took no responsibility. I was told to contact my credit agency to get a refund. FedEx confirmed to me they delivered the hat to wrong address and New Era still did nothing. So I paid for a hat that I do not have in possession and New Era has done my nothing to make it right. Hat is sold out so I can’t purchase it anymore and will never purchase from New Era again.

Can I not give 0 stars? I ordered a hat from new era’s warehouse site. The website stated “all orders are final.” I did not think much about it, since I have purchased new era hats for years and know what I want. I ordered a hat in my normal size, 7 1/4. The hat I got is MUCH smaller, so much so that it is truly unwearable. New Era won’t do anything about this as the order was a final sale. But the product is defective, I cannot wear the hat for 10 minutes without losing circulation in my head. Cool money grab, selling defective products at final sales.

Buyer beware!!Im truly disappointed. Im not the type to complain. I spent lots of money with them. The very last purchase i ordered an all black Greenbay Packers fitted cap. Normally brand new caps arrive with plastic covering. They normally are crisp. No wrinkles whatsoever. I paid $49.99 for it. When it arrived it wasn’t plastic wrapped. It had wrinkles on it. And a stain. And it had a price tag on it for $42.00. I took a picture of it. I managed to get the wrinkles and stain off. I found out they don’t have a customer service phone number. So i emailed their so called customer service and included the picture. All i was asking for is a $7.99 credit towards my next purchase since they charged me $7.99 more than what their price tag said. Their emails are handled strictly by AI. They basically told me to go F myself. I learned my lesson and took my business elsewhere.
