Why does it take sooooo long to deliver one hat?… Over 10 day’s so far waiting. B.S. Stay’s days at each shipping location it makes it to!!!! Longer then it said it would.

Thought I would buy direct instead of going through Lids. Big mistake! Shipping is a scam, they offer standard, expedited 2 - 4 Days $15, and express 1 - 3 Days $25. The part they hide from buyers is that processing takes 3 to 5 days. This gives them a Scam window allowing them to manipulate shipping times an charge more. Reality is you will be waiting for tracking for 5 days and wont get the product for 18 to 20 business days. Customer service is a bot that only responds to emails. Zero integrity and no customer satisfaction. Beware!

Hat I ordered doesn’t fit correct and want me to pay to return. Quality control is bull 🤬. They charge you 50 plus dollars for a hat and it takes 5 days just to process and then however long it takes to finally get it.

Don't waist you're time or you're money!!!! I bought a cap and it's no where near the original, looks so cheap, and they charge you like if it's original.

Don’t waste your money ordering express shipping there’s a 3-5 day process time they are stealing peoples money I want to drive down there to smack the sh* out of somebody

Do not order from this company! And if you do make sure the size is correct . I ordered a hat for my grandson. It was too big. I returned it. They said they received my return two month later I still have not received my refund. Their customer service is horrible and the only way you can speak to someone is through email which they do not respond back! I reached out to my bank and I’m disputing the charges.
