Trash company. Overzealous attorneys ruined their brand. Gave all my new era hats to goodwill. All this company does is make baseball worse for everyone. Shame on them. MLB needs a new contract with a nicer company. One who doesn't fear losing 1 percent of their sales to a novelty hat company and banning a wholesome interaction between players and fans. Shame Shame Shame Shame Shame. I used to really like their hats too. Had around 9 of them. Now goodwill can have them.

Love their products, HATE (HATE! HATE! HATE!) their service! Placed order on May 3rd, order didn't ship until May 9th, and it took another 9-10 days to be delivered. Just ridiculous!

Ordered hats 10 days ago and they’re still not here it said on Tuesday it would be here and now it’s just pending I ordered from crown minded and I got my hats in literally 3 days with all of the money that gets spent at new era, you would think they would at least be able to get your package to you on time I feel like when you spend over 100+ dollars in a order It should not take a complete 15 days to get to you. It’s like the package goes to a state and stays there for two days and then they decide to grab it and ship it out. Definitely will not order from them again.

My order was taking longer than expected and then never came. I reached out to customer service and they prompted me to wait until a specific date. The tracking updates were useless because it did not move from the initial shipment location. They finally contacted me and told me that the carrier lost my package. The hat I ordered is no longer available on the site and there are none in my size on any other site. I will never order from them again.

Shame on your pettiness! My family and I are Braves fans and we were delighted in seeing our guys celebrate with the “big hat” when they hit a home run! We will not longer be buying New Era Caps! (That means my husband, 6 sons, 3 grandsons so far) as Pretty Woman said “Mistake, BIG mistake!”

Never buying a hat from them after they shut down the Braves celebration. Braves fans will boycott.

A bunch of whining tattletales, complaining to MLB about the Braves wearing a silly hat in the dugout because it wasn't their brand. Horrible behavior, speaks volumes about the people running this company. Gross.
