Hats are made in China where they have zero quality control measures - BEWARE - DO NOT buy online, only buy in person so you can try them on! I ordered 2 71/2 hats that were 3/4" size difference between the two. I was charged for the return; UNACCEPTABLE!

False advertising. Paid extra shipping to get order on time for Father's day. It didn't arrive. Customer service stated that the shipping fee is just for shipping cost after New Era processes the order. It took them 5 days to process order for 1 cap. Then four more days for expedited shipping. They do not advertise or tell you that part. There are many companies that are reputable selling cap. I will never,ever order from New Era again.

I ordered 3 hats that came out to 84 dollars after taxes. The color of the hat was not the same as in the picture. So I was going to return the items but they were only going to refund me 65 dollars. Meaning they were going to keep the tax that I had to pay for the hats and they was going to charge me 8 dollars for shipping and handling. How are you going to keep someone taxes that they paid on an item and still charge shipping? In that case new era should not charge return shipping fees since they are already going to keep the taxes! STAY FAR AWAY

Terrible. Ordered a hat for father's day 4 weeks in advance. After 8 days of waiting for it to ship (website states 3-5 days, which still seems long), I emailed them to ask. My order was canceled due to a technical era. Thanks a bunch. Crappy customer service. Do not order.

Really bad. My order can’t tracking and I wait really long time(like 2week). Don’t buy fro new era cap it’s leaning and scamming. Please fix the delivery problem and I give for NEW ERA CAP 0/10. I don’t know how new era cap is them bad delivery I think it’s take like 1 week.
