I made a purchase on 12/13, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, two weeks have passed without any updates on my order. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and email, I haven't received any responses. This experience is disappointing, as I initially believed New Era Cap was a reputable brand. At the very least, communicate delays with your customers!

Wish I could give zero stars. These are the biggest thieves going. I ordered 5 caps on 12/13 and the $225 was immediately charged to my card. Fast forward to 12/27 and no order received or shipped. Email to support and you get a canned answer every time “you order will be processed in 7-10 Days” and “4 days to receive a response from the support email” with the same copied/canned response over and over. When you call the phone number for support the message says “we are not taking phone calls since the is nationwide health crisis”. Am I missing something here? Stay away from New Era Caps…biggest scam going. Next step credit card to dispute charges and get in touch with BBB. This is the worst customer experience ever!

Horrible company and even worst customer service. Would rate them 0 stars if I could. Ordered two weeks before Christmas and no update as of today, 12/27/2023. They suck.

Order on December 12th like so many others, have been charged, and order never processed. Emails go no where with no response.

Like others I never received the item I ordered on December 13, 2023 and to date have not received a refunds. They are crooks! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

I made 3 consecutive orders on December 11th,12th, 13th and I my items have not been shipped or refunded. This company will take your money and not send your order and when you email them you will receive and automated artificial intelligence reply with nothing to help you with your order. I have been wearing New Era hats all my life but I will never purchase from them again and I honestly urge you not to deal with them!!!! Deal with Mitchell and Ness or any other company please. YOU HAVE BEEN HONESTLY AND FAIRLY WARNED!!!!! I WISH I KNEW EARLIER!!!!!

Like all of the other reviews, I wish I would’ve read up on the company before placing an order. I ordered my husband a Christmas gift on 10/13/2023 and no shipping updates yet. I emailed customer service and received a message that it can take up to four business days for a response. Really?? Who is in charge of this archaic business model? Every other company I ordered from was professional, competent and fast. I will never order from this company again. I will also warn others. Shop at your own risk ⛔️ I wonder if this company is even legit?

Save yourself and order from alternate sites to get your New Era products. They are the worst company. No customer service. It's been a week and it still has not shipped. Like everyone else stated...I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering 🙄
