I purchase a New Era Cap but it was too large. I logged into their Return Portal and entered my email and order number. The portal kept indicating I had the wrong order number. I attempted this several times making sure I had the right order number. I email New Era Caps several times getting a reply telling me to go to the Return Portal. The site also stated that their phone service is Suspended so I was unable to talk to anyone. Totally frustrated with this and will never order from them again.

I should have read the dozens of negative reviews about their business practices for the last few months before ordering. Ordered on December 19th, with expedited shipping, and still no tracking information, no responses from the several emails I've sent and the only phone number to them isn't even working. You would think a professional company like this would handle this better than a small company but nope.

I ordered a cap for my wife. It was a vintage fitted and on Christmas morning I discovered that I ordered the wrong size. We ordered another hat with the correct size and then I went through the process to return the one that did not fit. I never received a shipping label for the return. I contacted service by email as that is the ONLY way to get a hold of anyone. I contacted them 4 times. I still have not received any response. The customer Service and communication is terrible. I would not order from this company. Better off to go to a physical store.

I ordered on 12/16, and paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days) because I wanted to give the hat as a Christmas gift. AFTER my order processed, I got a message saying my order would be delayed due to higher than normal volume. On January 4, I still had not received the order, nor any update about its status. I emailed the company, asking for an update, and told them that I was disappointed that I paid for expedited shipping when the order wasn't even going to be processed for weeks. The next day, January 5, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and I would be issued a refund. I just wanted an update, and for them to ACTUALLY expedite my order. They didn't offer any explanation or apology. The email just said: YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED Order US***8417 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded.

Caution: Exercise caution when dealing with New Era Cap! Unpleasant experience with their customer service and so called "company". – my order hasn't been shipped for weeks, and there's no available phone number for online order inquiries. Their customer service lacks professionalism. New Era Cap might as well be considered a criminal enterprise. The only way you can reach them is through email. I have emailed them several times over the last 3 weeks asking for a refund. Their response every single time is "Thank you for contacting New Era Cap Customer Care. We understand that you would like to cancel the order that you recently placed with us. Unfortunately, orders are transmitted to our distribution center every hour, and your order is already in queue. We aim to process orders within the same or next business day and the window for cancellation is limited. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we know how frustrating this can be." They do not answer their phones! RED FLAG! Try for yourself.

Ordered in 12/17. Still no order. Emailed “customer service” twice. No response. The only thing my son really wanted for Christmas was a particular hat. Way to go New Era. You guys are a joke.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. WE REQUESTED A REFUND DUE TO THE HAT NOT FITTING. REQUESTING REFUND INSTRUCTIONS WENT SMOOTHLY, QUICK RESPONSE VIA EMAIL HOWEVER ONCE WE SENT THE HAT BACK, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND NOR HAVE WE HAD ANY RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS SENT REQUESTING AN UPDATE. FEDEX SHOWS THE HAT HAS BEEN IN FACTS DELIVERED TO THE COMPANY. AT THIS POINT I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK AS WELL AS PAYPAL FOR FRAUD. NEW ERA CAP IS HONESTLY THE BIGGEST SCAM, WHO EVER OWNS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FACEED WITH SOME KIND OF CRIMINAL CHARGES DUE TO FRAUD BEING A HUGE ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

JAN 2ND STILL NOT RECEIVED!!! I ordered items and paid for expedited shipping only to never receive the items. I've tried calling (what a joke nobody answers) emailing takes 4 days to reply and when they do it's automated, Facebook messenger no reply. I swear NEVER AGAIN!!!! I wish there was a NEGATIVE ZERO STAR.... DON'T BUY FROM THEM DIRECT ITS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
