I ordered a New York Yankee SnapBack. The hat fits like it’s almost a youth SnapBack. I have tons of new era SnapBack hats that I’ve bought elsewhere and fit really good. Now I want to return the hat but New Era is charging me $7.99 to return it. This is my first time buying directly from New Era and it will be my last.

The manager at the new era store is the worst, she is an ignorant peace which doesn’t care about anyone and anything with little to none knowledge of the field I deeply dislike new era to hire such a worst staff member when all the staff is great It’s a shame for the people working there

I had ordered a Baltimore Ravens hat January 4th and I received it January 11th . I wasn’t happy about my order delivery time but ok. when I received it opened it up tried it on 7 1/2 is my size I have over 50 New Era hats. So I received this one first thing I noticed was the visor was sitting crooked on the hat the stitching was wrong. The whole framework of the hat was off. Quality control should have caught this before it even made it to the final QA very disappointed in New Era for sending out poor quality work membership. I returned the item first thing the next morning waiting on my refund. Upset I won’t have the hat to match the Lamar jersey that I purchased for this upcoming weekend playoff game.

I bought two hats for Christmas that were wrong size. Returned them almost a month ago and still have not been refunded my $89. I’ve been reading a lot of similar situations for this company. They have no contact phone number. There has to be something we as a community can do. A lawsuit or something. This company is a a scam and are taking advantage of people during the holidays

Ordered from them for Christmas gifts and placed the order on December 14th didn’t receive the order until January 3rd and received it with a hat missing. I’ve emailed them 5 times with no response they have their phone line down so you can’t call and no one will reply to my emails I’m at the point of just accepting they took money off me and didn’t give me my product because I don’t know what else to do

We usually only use LIDS or FANATICS for our hats/sports merchandise but due to not finding the 7 hats we needed for gifts we had no choice but to look elsewhere. We made our first 2 orders for Christmas 2023 and were charged $30.00 for a Christmas ornament that we did NOT order or want. We sent it back asap, accordingly to the website return instructions and still NO credit has been issued to us. We have emailed customer support several times and have only received a generic emails, informing us that we will hear back within 4 days. Well, that never happened and we are still waiting to hear back or see our credit since December. BUYER BEWARE; double check invoices for added and unwanted merchandise, prepare to be ignored by customer support and proceed with caution returning any items with this company.

Horrible customer service. They shipped me one part of a two item order. I have now reached out to them 4 times and haven’t heard anything. They state on their site that they will get back to you in 4 days maximum, but that is a lie.
