The reviews here are suspicious. Shipping was fast and the fitted Memphis Grizzlies cap was high quality and perfect. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but don’t believe them. I’m happy with my New Era Caps purchase.

I have seen some of the reviews and most are not good, however in my case, everything went well. The hat quality was great and it did come before Christmas,.so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered two of their hats one was a beanie and the other was a ball cap. I ordered them November 27 and they arrived December 6. I didn't have any problems with them. I got both items as they promised in the time frame they stated

Just ordered 2 New Era hats and could not be happier. I decided not to buy footed caps because of sizing. The hats are good quality and arrived at promised. I see a lot of reviews regarding having to pay for returns. I am not sure how much ch”these people by things on line but there are a lot of companies that charge to return items. Here again is the reason I did not purchase a fitted caps. As for the tracking complaints don’t blame New Era that is a FedEx issue. Once the label is made to he responsibility is on FedEx. After I received my hats FedEx said was in shipment.

I was hesitant at first from seeing some negative comments but decided to take the risk in the end as they are the only official distributer of New Era caps in Australia, and the NBA store did not have what I was after. I ordered 4 hats of the 2022/23 NBA Champions - Nuggets. The hats were pre-orders as they have only just been released and they arrived within 2 weeks. Packaging was solid. Can't complain. One was for me and the other three were for my brother and his 2 kids. They were all stoked. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

So far I ordered 2 Toronto raptors caps on Sunday last week until it had a email saying your caps will arrive at the 11th until I waited but I pretty sure if other people ordered hats also Until new era said…..your caps will arrive at the 13th I was not that mad but if they don’t bring these hats in the 13th this website is a scam or new era is busy and everyone has to be patient I paid 90 dollars on both of the caps this has to be worth it…😐ok so I got the caps today this was worth it
