I'm so used to crappy Amazon quality cat trees that are cute but flimsy and fall apart within a few months. We've had our cat tree from New Cat Condos for a year and a half now, and outside of the cat hair on it, it's in perfect condition! We have 3 big cats that use it every day. It hasn't budged a bit! I'm so happy for have a product that will actually survive my cats.

Several reviews talk about how their order hasn’t shipped after 5 days but it says on the website in flashing red that most of the cat trees ship in 3-10 business days or longer if you make any customizations. I ordered a tree on August 9th and it shipped on August 24th. That’s 11 business days which is longer than expected but still reasonable. These tree’s take forever to ship because they don’t start building it until after you place your order. My tree arrived in great condition though there wasn’t any padding in the box so I can see why some peoples trees arrived damaged. The quality is great though! I’ve got two large cats and the tree doesn’t even wobble. I’ll definitely order again!

Bought a cat tree several days ago. I have emailed, called, and texted to ask when the item will be shipped. The company has not replied to any of my communication. I will be calling my bank to report fraud.

We've been doing business with New Cat Condos for a couple of years now. This was our third purchase and we've always had a great experience. It SHOULD be a 5* review. But I would like the company to see this. After ordering on a weekend, we hadn't had any movement for a couple of days so we wanted to see the status. Called them, but no answer so we emailed the company through the web site, but never got a response. Next day I called. Left a message. No call back. Called again. no response. Was concerned so went to TRUST PILOT to see all the recent negative reviews. Especially the ones that said poor responses and poor recent products. We've never had that issue with them. So I finally TEXTED and let them know how a frequent customer was disappointed with the lack of responses. Immediately got a response to texting, with an apology and info that the order was shipping out the next day. Sure enough, it shipped and we received it very quickly after the order. Ordered on a Sunday, got it the following Sunday. In perfect shape. As expected. And high quality. They deserve a five star review compared to all the one stars. This was worthy of FOUR and only because we had to work extra hard to contact them. Will we order again? Absolutely. I'm hoping they see it, and fix it. Thanks!

False advertising. Its listing said it had strong durability, and was for large cats. My cat is 18 years old and 11 pounds. The cat tree didn’t last 6 months. The top bed broke due to a design flaw. They won’t return my calls, texts or emails. Total scam.
