I've been trying to contact Brooklyn Bedding via Phone, Chat and Email for over a week. The phones ring for over 10 minutes without answer. Live chat support is offered but is non existant. Promises of return contact via email support and online support LINKS never happen. I had questions, but now I see that I need to return this product asap because there is zero customer support.

Angel helped us with our mattress purchase for our brand new RV. She was so sweet, so thorough & followed up with me in the morning just like she promised. Their beds are not cheap but you get such good quality when you purchase these mattresses! I am so glad we stopped in. We went to the location on Main Street in Mesa.

I was excited when I ordered a cooling mattress cover from Brooklyn Bedding. The website clearly stated 5 to 7 business days, and everything is made once it's ordered. Two weeks went by and I couldn't get any answers. The chat on their website was down, and emails don't get answered. I finally decided to call, and the person I talked to said they were waiting for a shipment and it would be at least 2 more weeks, as far they know. That brought up some questions. I asked about everything being made in house, to order. She said no, only the mattresses. All of the bedding is imported. At that point, I felt lied to. Not wanting another thing from China, and trying hard to support an American business that makes things in the states, we cancelled the order and found another place to purchase a mattress cover.

My husband and I purchased our first Brooklyn Mattress nine years ago. We were needing to replace pillows and concluded our pillow search with a new mattress! We were impressed with the quality of the product,and the salesperson, Wendy Keltie,who was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and patient! There was NO pressure on Ms. Keltie's part for us to purchase, and we were allowed plenty of time to rest upon several mattresses before our decision was final. We are more than satisfied customers of nine years ago, and feel certain our newest purchase will be as satisfactory. We recommend Brooklyn Bedding to all.

You lot are honestly crazy for partnering with someone to promote your brand to thousands of their followers, only to then fire them because of their fanbase and the videos being made about your mattresses. Maybe do your research on the creator, their audience, and the type of content they produce before deciding to partner with them in the first place. Highly disappointed

Bought an ultra adjustable base and it has been reliable however the provided remote was awful. It was too sensitive to have beside me in bed (or you had to lock it) and the curved shape meant it was hard to settle on a night table and constantly fell over and off. It broke far too soon but I was able to use the Brooklyn Bedding app. Now, suddenly the app doesn’t work either. I called for assistance and since it was older than three years they provided zero support and were cagey about the app not working. Basically after the warranty period they won’t help and don’t seem to have any customer service—even with their own app (which, without notice, seems to no longer support this model remote). It’s five years old. This is ridiculous. They still sell the base but apparently changed manufacturers so I was referred to the old manufacturer for help with getting a new remote and even for the Brooklyn Bedding app (which doesn’t make sense to anyone). Now I have a flat bed and a product that could work if only BB didn’t treat their products or customers as disposable. I definitely won’t buy from them again!

This was very disappointing, mattress was not cooling like advertised but it got worse when I tried to return, slow responses then they say they will pick it up and donate it to charity, then change their mind and tell me to go find a charity, or that I need to spray paint the mattress, but also add all these caveats where, if done wrong, forfeit the $2000 refund. I am paying $100 for the return then also doing all the leg work for them. Honor your return promise and pick up my mattress!

Easy purchase, Good reviews on quality. Claude recommended for my side sleeping /back issues, and sleeping cooler. The discount game is too gimmicky though (pop ups, wheel spins, and endless 'you forgot something in your cart' texts).
