The things I've bought from Newark include a ventilation fan and a control relay - - nothing sophisticated here, but the prices are right, the items have proven reliable (good sources chosen by Newark!) and the delivery times excellent. What more could I ask?

I called about ordering more products after I already ordered products and the help that was given to me was excellent. I ended up talking to the rep for probably a half hour or so discussing products and projects that we have both seen and worked with. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but it was nice to know that a company that is my internet based is friendly enough to shoot the breeze a little bit.

My experience with Neark element14 was smooth and easy. I got a quick response from them.

The online order went very well. The email status updates kept me informaed of the current status of the order and the shipping progress. The actual products were delivered ahead of schedule. Excellent!

I am not too far from Newark, a state away, but I ordered my items in the afternoon, they were marked as shipped around 11pm and I received them the following afternoon, all by normal USPS mail, not overnight, or 2 day, just priority. Newark is the best in getting orders out on the parts I need, and apparently the USPS is doing better too.
