I have been ordering with special handling from the past couple of orders. Till about this order, all my orders would take multiple long phone calls and rma’s as instructions would not be followed. This time around the customer service person sent over every possible detail required for my special handling. She made sure the order would not go towards rmanby making sure the handling team knew what they were doing and called me back to confim my special handling date code. This was the kindest gesture that I would have never expected from a customer service person. Thank you.
