Shipping is terrible. Ordered 9/04 and still no delivery or tracking info on 9/17. The customer service response is to just keep sending me the same tracking number that leads to a no shipping information available message. So don’t order unless you have at least 3 weeks to wait on it. Ive waited less time for products ordered from china to get here. No excuse for this in a time when most things are delivered within a few days.

Hi John, Waiting this long with no movement isn't okay, and we're sorry you're dealing with it. We looked into your order and reached out to you directly by email with an update, so please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) when you get a chance. We want to make this right for you. We appreciate your patience while we sort this out. -Marseille

Love how their product gives me energy and the focus to get through my day! This is a must-have in my purse or on my desk!
Response from NeuroSep 15, 2026
Hey Sara! Thanks for taking the time to leave this. Energy and focus to actually get through your day, that's the whole reason our product exists. And making it compact enough for your purse or your desk was the point too, so it's on you exactly when you need it. -Frances

I’ve been using Neuro Energy & Focus Gum at the gym, and it’s become a staple in my workout bag. The peppermint flavor is refreshing, and I love having a quick boost of energy and focus without needing an energy drink. It’s convenient, easy to carry, and doesn’t make me feel jittery. Definitely something I’d buy again!
Response from NeuroSep 15, 2026
Hi Nora, Thanks for the review! Honestly, that's the whole point of Energy & Focus Gum, giving you what an energy drink does without the can, the sugar, or the crash after. Sounds like it's doing exactly that for your workouts. Enjoy the gains! -Frances

I really like the energy mints for hiking. It's so handy to have something that's compact and keeps my energy up. I keep them on me for around town too. They work and taste great (honestly need to remember they have caffeine or id just keep eating them). I'm interested in trying the extra strength ones next for days that I'm really tired.
Response from NeuroSep 15, 2026
Hello Kate, Sounds like the Energy & Focus mints have earned a permanent spot in your pack! That balance of compact and effective is exactly what we wanted for on the go days, whether that's a trail or just running around town. Good call remembering the caffeine content, easy to forget when they taste that good. If you're moving up to Extra Strength for those really tired days, just know it's 100mg per piece compared to 40mg in the regular mints, so it's a noticeably stronger lift. Should be a great fit for when you need it most. Thanks for sharing this! -Marseille

I first tried Energy & Focus, and it helped me SO MUCH to give me more energy to do everything I need to do during the day. Then I bought Sleep & Recharge, and wow, it saves me on nights when I have trouble sleeping. Wonderful products!
Response from NeuroSep 15, 2026
Hey Bruna! We love hearing this, especially since you've found a fit on both ends of the day. Energy & Focus doing its job when you need to power through, then Sleep & Recharge stepping in on the harder nights, that's exactly the balance we're going for. Thanks so much for taking the time to share this. If you ever want to try more from our product lineup or have questions, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help! -Marseille
Ikrame G.
Great energy drink alternative! I’ve been using this for nearly 3 months on an as-needed basis (about 2 to 3 a day). It gives me excellent energy and sharp focus, sometimes even exceeding my expectations. It's helping me completely replace energy drinks.
Response from NeuroSep 10, 2026
Hello Ikrame, Nearly three months and 2 to 3 a day is real usage, not just a first-impression review, so this means a lot. Love that it's sometimes exceeding expectations. Sharp focus without the jitters or crash, that's the goal every time. Thanks for writing this out. Anything you ever need, we're always here to support you! -Frances

For someone who consumes far too many energy drinks, this is not only a healthier option, it tastes better and leaves me feeling less queasy without a massive crash
Response from NeuroSep 10, 2026
Hey Liam! This made our day! Ditching energy drinks for something that doesn't leave you crashing an hour later or feeling a little sick along the way is exactly what we set out to do, so thank you for putting it into words this well. Here's to steady energy and no more queasy afternoons! We're always here if anything comes up.😊 -Frances
