Hey Luke, Thanks for giving Neuro a shot and sharing your honest thoughts. For the best experience, simply chew like regular gum. There's no need to hold it in your cheek. However, we recommend chewing for about 5–10 minutes to help the ingredients absorb effectively. In terms of effects, everyone’s sensitivity to caffeine and nootropics can vary. Some people notice a boost right away, while for others it’s more subtle and builds over time. You might experiment with taking 2 pieces at once, especially if you’re used to higher amounts of caffeine, and see how that feels.
