I believe the reviews are bad. I've ordered it from two different locations, TikTok Shop and Amazon. Both products came as advertised and in the time frame they stated it would take. Yes, it's a little weird at first chewing it up because it almost breaks and crumbles. But in a matter of seconds it turns into a a tasty chewable gum. The flavor is on point and the effects kick in within a couple minutes and are noticeable. People are just used to overnight shipping and super quick devilery these days that they forget that when small businesses ship products it can take time to get delivered.

On 12/2/24 I ordered a 90 pack of cinnamon energy & focus gum, and a 90 pack peppermint memory & focus gum. I did not receive either of them. On 12/7/24 I received a 54 piece peppermint energy & focus gum. I emailed them right away. They emailed me back asking for pictures of what I received and the package it came in. I sent the pictures to them the same day. Today, two days later, they have not replied. I have tried calling them & using the online chat. They do not answer anything. Their company should be shut down since this seems to be an issue based on reviews I'm now seeing.

Just received my 2 packets I ordered in the mail from some company in china. one of the packets has been opened & taped back up??! that looks so dodgy, it doesn’t even look like its safe to consume at this point. Bought it off a website called fancy drops. looks dodgy

I left a fairly meagre review recently, based on the logistics and delivery time...which I now retract and have deleted. Yes it was late, but only a week or so late. The team were very polite, professional and responsive to my emails, I now have my package, and all is well with the world. Am chewing the first piece of gum as I write this. Thanks to the team for all your efforts.

Almost the whole bag and nothing except I'm 30.99 less than before.

Order the Neuro gum and waited for the slow delivery. When it finally turned up they sent the wrong product. When I contacted customer service they tried to charge me again to send the right product. Absolutely terrible customer service and borderline a scam. I can get the same affect from a double shot coffee, vitamin B tablet and some L theanine for an 8th of the price

Obsessed with this brand ! The gum works really well - gives me energy without the jitters. Highly recommend !

If possible, I would give zero stars. There was no customer service after receiving payment, no product, and no responses to multiple inquiries.
