Hi Lawrence, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We want to assure you that we haven’t changed our formula recently, sucralose has been part of our blend. Over the years, we've tested more than 20 different versions of our product with natural sweeteners like monk fruit, xylitol, and coconut sugar. In the end, a small amount of sucralose gave us the most consistent flavor without compromising effectiveness. That said, we hear you. Finding the right balance between ingredients, performance, and taste has always been a journey for us and we're still on it. We’ve actually introduced a sucralose-free version of our mints, which you can find at Whole Foods stores nationwide. It's a great option for those who prefer to avoid artificial sweeteners while still getting the energy and focus support Neuro is known for. We truly value our community and are constantly working to create products that meet a wide range of needs. Your feedback helps guide that process, and we thank you for being part of it. -Frances

Hi Bob, We're really sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your order and appreciate your honest feedback. It’s definitely not our intention to make the ordering process feel manipulative. Unfortunately, some sizes were out of stock at the time of your order, and since our products are fast-moving, they can sell out quickly. We’re working hard to keep everything replenished so this doesn’t happen in the future. We would love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. -Frances
