When you arrive
When you arrive, there are no directions where to go. Their "check-in" system was down, so you couldn't check-in. There are no "public" restrooms, which was not what you want to hear after a 3hr drive. I called the phone number on the website, and after being on hold over 30 mins, I gave up. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I had to pay 15% ($90) for the privilege. The staff were very polite and helpful, but the management doesn't know how to treat a customer. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy here. I know I never will again!
