The description isnt always correct then when you pick up they want you to move and not go through your items so now we have to drive off and if the item isnt correct we have to drive around the block which isnt a small block to do return then you get notification its rejected because not all items were return!!!!! Well thats why I'm returning it because I wasnt given all the items to begin with! I use to enjoy my purchases and never seemed to have a problem but when I cant get the on-site manager to help because the numbers and emails are useless I'm beyond frustrated and at this point i wouldn't recommend this place!!! I won't be buying from them anymore!

I ordered a 5 star item that was described to have all of its parts. The product (flat pack wood furniture) was missing 5 parts and had a broken part. Whoever 'inspected' the item, cut a hole in the side of the box and cut the wood product in several places. The hole was not big enough to have seen the other parts -- to know whether the parts were there. Also, the product picture was for a differernt model and the model I recieved would not meet my needs. This product weighs 88.5 lbs and I could not get it out of the van myself. There was a 2 day storm after purchasing and before the work week. By the time I got help to open it for inspection, it was outside of their strict 7 day window. Nellis will not refund or allow me to return as customer service is automated replies that do not take specific issues into account. I feel like I was scammed. I deleted my account with Nellis. Buyers beware!

These sites are complete frauds as auctions since they're manipulated by automated bots that bid over and over alongside real people, making it impossible for the auction to be legitimate. Furthermore, the described condition of the items being sold is fake

Well there are some good deals but it is a scam. I was bidding on an item at I believe the dean martin in Las Vegas. It was the last minute so every time you bid it resets to 30 seconds. I stopped bidding because I didn’t want the item that bad. So it’s getting to the final seconds and the last person that bid retracted their bid with like 7 seconds left. So I won on my last bid. I didn’t know you can retract a bid. Turns out you can’t retract a bid. They are bidding on their own stuff to jump up the price. Never get the pallets of mixed items this is the garbage they couldn’t do anything with. 3/4 of the variety boxes don’t have any information on what it is. Again I stopped bidding on a variety box and someone else won. But can you guess who that was? It was relisted the very next day. Ok that could be someone changing their mind. But after seeing someone retract a bid who knows what to expect!

Beware!! I am disabled and had a bunch of things ready for pick-up, however that same week I got ill and was literally hospitalized for 5 days! i contacted them by email and requested a manager to contact me back and no one did. i then asked if they could change the pick-up dates because i was not going to make the pick up times. time passed with them only telling me someone would get back to me and they refused to change the pick up times and instead charged me massive insane restocking and cancellation fees. mind you. the items were never booked or paid for so therefore these items were never even prepared for pick-up. they were also warned of the unavoidable situation and it was due to their negligence and incompetence that not only did i lose all the items, but to this day 2 months later they have refused to waive any of the fees that were over $80 dollars! they still refuse to have anyone contact me back, so good luck with ever getting true customer service!! do not get sick or require real help from Nellis they are cut throat and greed hungry!! while selling a lot of junk. A lot of their things are missing items necessary to assemble them or completely falsified items! To charge between $3-9 for MULTIPLE items costing over $80 for items that were never confirmed with an actual pick up time, never paid for and never prepared or removed from their original stocking is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and clearly a money grab! Being hospitalized was a situations beyond my control and there is evidence that I attempted communicate and resolve the issue and only got and AI response until it was too late and even after the fact still no call from a supervisor or management and my account is still showing these fees, so clearly they care more about their massive over charge of fees than doing the right thing by their customers!! They have made a fortune off charging millions of customers made reasons for massive FEES!!! When you attempt to communicate or resolve the situation they will not respond! When they finally do, their answer is too bad for you! If you request a call back or escalation to management it will never happen! Minus zero on any kind of customer care or professional assistance!! Do not get sick or end up in the hospital or you will not only lose all your items but be charged and punished for being sick and in the hospital!!

Employees constantly incorrectly describe items for sale. They evaluate the quality at much higher scores than what they truly are. Today I picked up a “cat window perch” purchase…. The box contained “2 Gasoline Container Tubes”. This is due to the employees not opening the box prior to posting it on Nellis. On the same pickup I won what was picture as a rectangular multicolored Jute rug, I received a round natural bleached Jute rug. My order last week had a 5 of 5 star rated , undamaged small trash can. Opened the box and the trash can was smashed in half. Got a Norelco trimmer 5/5 rating and it came with the adjustable trimmer head broken to pieces. Got a Universal KeyPad for garage doors, receive a vehicle visor push button garage door opener. I’ve purchased dozens of items and no matter what, every visit results in aggravation, and reporting the issues got me a response stating “I need to bid with common sense”. Nellis can go pound sand. They refuse to fix their mistakes and therefore I will return my entire group of purchases and never use their website again.
