I had such a great experience with having Jennifer Brown as my Loan Officer. I couldn’t recommend using her more!! She was informative and extremely helpful all throughout this process. She was also always quick to respond to any questions I had and if she didn’t know the answer off the top of her head, she was quick to get one for me!

They went the extra mile and made sure we were happy and our anxieties were calm. Atrium Realty The most amazing realtor ever was here. Nikki Scudiero and her transaction coordinator, Kristen Glossy. Nikki was available no matter what and would go to bat for us if necessary and her transaction coordinator did the communications with the other companies. Title was handled with Sarah Thomas and Stephanie Smith with Island Title & Escrow agency. They worked with our loan coordinator and our transaction coordinator to clear the title and complete the survey and appraisal that was needed as well as answer any questions. Home inspection was handled by Daniel Clement’s with Clement’s home inspection. He took the time to walk through each step of the inspection and answer any questions we had. Best homeowners insurance company is Denton Yorkirons with Brightway insurance and he helped us find the best low cost homeowners insurance. This company and its team is the place to be when you want to take a step towards a homeowners journey! I wouldn’t complete this journey with anyone else! This is the number one A team! My husband and I couldn’t have done it without any one of them! Thank you all for our dream come true!
