Neighbors BankReviews of neighborsbank.com

As a realtor I rely on service partners with excellent communication for the benefit of my Clients. I recently had the pleasure of an excellent experience working with Melissa Janek and Charlie/Charles Kruse on a condominium transaction for my Buyer Client! Their communication was excellent, keeping both my Client and I in the loop every step of the way! Culminating in a smooth closing and happy clients!!! I won’t hesitate to recommend them again on future transactions! Thank you Melissa and Charles!!!

My experience with Neighbors Bank was honestly a very user friendly process, especially meeting with, and becoming initially acquainted with Mr. Jason Reddy, my loan officer. The bank really helped me understand and ultimately win over my objective in becoming a new home owner in short time, in conjunction with my ability to being rapid responsive, and proactive about what all was needed to move the process right along. I am absolutely and completely satisfied with my results! I also would like to convey to Neighbors Bank that after attempting this process on three other prior occassions, for whatever the reason, to no avail, this time around worked out very well! I do intend to recommend those that are in the hunt for a home, be it family, friend, associates, or just simply coming across by chance someone, to Mr. Jason Reddy and the Neighbors Bank family👍🏾! Thank you Neighbors Bank!!

Jason Reddy and Charles Kruse were outstanding. Extremely responsive any time I had a question, very knowledgeable, and ensured I got the best deal possible. Highly recommend them and looking forward to being a return customer if we refinance!!

This was an awesome team to work with. My first time buying and the process was challenging at times but Miranda and her team kept me updated on documents needed to help keep the closing on time. She also would get me estimated quotes on homes in would come across. I've been working with her for several months up until closing. Love her team.

Melissa and Charles were wonderful to work with! They were extremely responsive, easy to work with and thorough. Toward the end things got a little dicey, but Melissa and Charles bent over backwards to get everything finalized and finished. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Jennifer Brown helped me get a loan approved in every step. She made it super easy for me and got me the house I wanted and loved! Not only that but she went above and beyond to help me with other areas of life including issues I had at my job! She's the absolute best!!! If you need anything she is your go to person! Nicest person and super cool! Totally recommend using her if you use neighbors bank!

My team with neighbors bank made the home financing process very straightforward for me as a first time home buyer. They were in constant communication and transparent throughout. Not much else I could ask for from a mortgage lender.
