The best for first time home buyers. The best bank!!

I shopped around at 3 different companies, and Neighbor's had the best rate. Everyone I talked to throughout the closing process was friendly and fast with their responses to my numerous questions. The website made all timelines and required steps easy and clear. We had scheduled a 45-day close, and everything was actually ready to go a full week early! This is the third house we've bought, and it was by far the easiest closing process we've experienced.

Our experience with Neighbors Bank (specifically our loan officer Joey Mirth) was positive every step of the way! This was our first time purchasing a home and everything was easy to understand. We would recommend Neighbors Bank to all of our family and friends!

They were able to beat the local bank not only in terms of professionalism and customer service but also gave me a loan estimate with much better rates and credits than the local bank.
