Our home purchasing experience was unconventional but Scott and his team made sure to walk us through every step. They went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation and were very kind and understanding about it. Their communication was always professional and informative. Everyone from Neighbors Bank involved with my loan application always showed a united front toward my loan approval. They were professional and responded quickly to anything that came up. The seller’s lender was very concerned about me using an out-of-town lender. They expressed concern about it multiple times, and they kept suggesting that I switch to a local lender. In my opinion, Neighbors Bank came through each step of the process with a strong presence, and never made me regret staying with them.

Melissa Janke was incredible to along side from the prospective of a buyers agent, she was a driving force to ensure our mutual clients were able to close on their new home. The whole process was easier than I expected. Fron the initial pre-qualification approval to the closing day. This was my first home purchase and I had several questions which were answered to satisfaction. The loan team was wonderful and walked me through every step. Most important, I think, I was connected with the best realtor, she absolutely listened to us and what we wanted. She was available morning, noon and sometimes at night!
