Amazing Experience!
Website and software super user friendly and easy to navigate. Loan officer Jessica Jamison kept gret communication throughout, and I enjoyed working with their team. Overall refinance process was fast and seamless.

You won't be disappointed
With the process all happening online, it made my journey extremely easy and fast. Chad W. went over and beyond his call of duty. He is knowledgeable and patient. This was my first experience with purchasing a home so I had endless questions. He answered them all professionally and with quick responses. When I was moved on the the underwriting process, Madison D. was the coordinator. Again, outstanding service, very professional and seemed to work every day. I couldn't have gotten a better team!!! Thank you Neighbors Bank for making what seemed impossible, possible!!!!
