I cannot recommend Bob Anderson at Neighbors Bank highly enough. He didn’t just handle our mortgage he essentially took over the real estate agent's responsibilities when they weren't stepping up. Bob took on a mountain of extra work outside his job description to ensure my wife and I successfully closed on our home. ​The level of care and dedication he showed is unheard of in this industry. He turned what could have been a nightmare into the best experience of our lives. Bob started as our loan officer, but he is now family and a friend for life.
