Another day, another offer of a partial refund. My order was $60. They first offered a partial refund of $11and I could keep the items. Honestly, they are such poor quality that I wouldn’t wear never wear them. The second offer was $26 and again I could keep the items. Their last offer is $35 and I can keep the items or pay to return them to China for a full refund once they receive them. Do they think I have any faith in them at this point. I declined both options and requested a full refund and a prepaid mailing label to return the items. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

They where able to change the size immediately since I had just placed the order and noticed in my email order confirmation that the wrong size was incorrect.

The quality was terrible around the neck and didn’t fit right. I will never wear the top. I asked to return it ….the company offered me $7 USD to keep the item. Then they offered me $10 USD to keep it. I wanted to return for a full refund of $34.98. Then they said I could return it to China with tracking info. Do not buy from this company….. I also think it might be a scam. Pal Pal isn’t any help in getting my money back either.

This was a terrible experience. Poor quality. Sizing was off. There is no way to return an item. There is no option to give “a no star” rating. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The blouse looks lovely. I just hope the delivery is quick .

Easy to shop

The material seems easy to care for. However I had to send four of the six items back in hopes that I can get other sizes. Thank you.
