Impossible to contact for returns.. My items came without any invoice or paperwork. Wanted to return 2 of 5 items (too small) - sent 2 emails . NO RESPONSE . Still waiting. I love the items I kept & would order again IF they had better customer service.

I had trouble getting things to work right the first time I tried to order from Needream. The second time it worked well. Maybe it was just me - I'm getting old and computers are not as easy for us who did not grow up with them.

What a disappointment! If it were only a matter of the sizing being way off, but it was that the items I received looked totally different from what they looked like on line. I like polyester, but this material was absolute crap and the patterns/designs looked like they were printed on. I expected better and will never order from them again- it all went straight to Goodwill!
