lots of roadblocks to get any where

The two dresses I bought were advertised as Linen and they are not at all - they are hot silky polyester type - I chose a small for both and one looks like a large - very cheap looking and cheap material. The shipping also takes about 2 wks and another week for them to figure out things. These came from China. Website doesn't let you know that but once you see a tracking schedule, then you know the why of it all. Will never buy from them again.

It took a terribly long time for the item to be delivered and the quality was disappointing

I LOVED the design of the leggings I ordered. However, after reading other customer reviews and seeing information on the BBB that was concerning, I was hesitant to purchase due to issues others had expressed about quality, fit, and inconsistent customer service responses/refunds. I decided to proceed as the total cost was under $20. I received the leggings and have tried them on, but haven't worn or washed them yet. I ordered a size larger than usual, based on the reviews and measurements provided, and they fit well, although the bottom of the leggings aren't as snug as I expect. I wasn't sure what to expect with the "milk fiber" fabric. Upon opening the package, I noticed they have a satin-like appearance, which seems unusual for leggings, but I liked the feel when I tried them on. I'm giving a 2-star rating here because I generally like them, and they're good so far. Time will tell how they hold up. However, there are no care instructions, and I couldn't find them on the site. This is unusual, as people need washing and drying information. My rating is also affected by the fact that this company does not allow you to leave a review on their site if your purchase is not confirmed, yet they do not tell you how to do this. Basically, it seems as though they do not want reviews left on their site. I was going to leave a 3.5 start rating there, and I would have rated higher here if these issues had not been a part of my experience. Also when I tried leaving this review through the email they sent requesting it, it seemed to not go through. So I came here to make sure I could leave the review. Providing feedback to a company should *not* be this difficult.

Quality is poor and white pants I ordered are completely see thru.

I received a notice my order was received. Payment was received. No other notice given. takes too long.

I got a email saying that I would get the dress I ordered free and I was charged for it. I also got another email saying if I buy this item I would get it for free also. Well I never got any thing free,
