This process needs to be slower

There was no obvious size chart, at least not one that I found. Perhaps it was there and i didn't find it. Your website is not very user friendly.

Was pleased to receive the discount for the items that I purchased. But wasn’t too happy after making the purchase to learn via a special offer that the items along with many other items were available to me for an additional 20% off. Not a practice that customers appreciate. I can’t say I’ll be purchasing anything from you again. I would have appreciated knowing that if I made a purchase another special incentive would be offered. Can’t speak for the quality of the clothes until I receive them.

I like the Jean jacket but was most unhappy when I pressed it and found the twisted hem on the sleeve.

When choosing and it and putting it in the cart it would not take me back to continue shopping. It would just take me to continue checking out, which I wasn’t ready to check out. Then when I hit the back arrow it would start me all over again. Very frustrating. It would be nice to continue adding to cart but continue to shop before checking out.

I would like to know the fabric and care info to be included for each product. Also, I didn’t understand if my order included all 3 blouses I ordered or if they were separate orders. I didn’t see a compiled list of the 3 I ordered. You did show me one order, but not the other 2.

The service was Hassle Free and very good. I cannot wait to receive my dresses.

Hi, my name is Debbie last year I purchased a pair of white casual elastic pants for my mother sku 107864301 I would have ordered a size 12 (The pants have a size 2 on them) they are very small. I emailed you with no response. I then got sick and forgot all about them, but still do not have a reply. Hence I have just seen your website and ordered another pair (now I am left with the small pair)
