Needream states that they provide refunds within 30 days of purchase but when I tried to ask for a refund they kept offering me ridiculous amounts far below what the items I purchased cost. I purchased approximately 70 worth of merchandise and they offered 18.00, then 28 then 40 and told me to keep the merchandise. When I told them that wasn't acceptable to me they said I could either take the 40 or return to CHINA!! Nowhere on their website could I find that they are located in China. So returning the items and paying to send to China makes returning expensive and not really an option. They lie by omission! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a zero rating I would. This company totally ignores you if you want to return the goods. 10 emails and had no replies. I would not recommend buying from this company as their customer service is beyond disgusting.

Needream LIES about returns. You can only return items to their location in CHINA and it costs WAY MORE than whatever you want to return. Needream LIES about refunds - I never got the $50 refund they promised. Needream sells horrible, cheap merchandise that looks nothing like the pictures!

I ordered 2 of the same items. I was not satisfied with the style or texture of the items. I immediately requested a refund and to return the items as indicated by their return policy. The items were unused and in original package. The first reply was to keep the items and I would be refunded $8. The items cost $70. I refused their refund. I was then sent an email asking about a refund of $15. I again refused. Now an email indicated that returning the item would be an expensive shipping cost for me and a refund offer of $30. Their refund policy says nothing about a return shipping fee. I feel quite upset that I am unable to do a simple return. I will never order from this company again.

I am very disappointed about the clothing received. Needream pushes the image of linen and cotton. The clothing I bought said cotton blend. What arrived is pure polyesters, all three pieces of it. Don’t get fooled by the nice look. They promised cotton but delivered polyester!!!!

I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered 2 light linen dresses for summer. When they arrived they were polyester. Despite numerous offers from them to me to keep the product and be refunded $3 up to about $20 I returned them. I waited and waited until eventually the package was returned to me. I donated the dresses to the charity shop and will never order anything from them again.

Worse experience ever for online shopping. I wanted to return my purchase as it didn’t fit. Needream offered to refund me a fraction of the price I paid. I wasn’t happy with that offer and they increased the amount of the refund and it was still not enough. I wanted to return the clothing for a full refund but in order to do it via Australia Post, I needed a phone number. Did I ever receive a reply after numerous emails, no. Then I gave it. Cut up the dress and used as rags. Will never purchase from Needream again!

J'ai commandé une robe supposément en coton, mais ce n'était pas en coton du tout. La robe ne ressemble en rien à ce que la photo représentait. N'achetez pas sur ce site.
