The chair is perfect. This is my second maxnomic from you guys with the other lasting 7 years lasting much longer than expected. Material is great, smooth and comfortable, the chair feels premium as it should at this price point.

I only needed a new lumbar support pillow. The chair is still superb!!

Best. Chair. Ever. I bought this on recommendation from my son and it did not disappoint. The chair is comfortable, solid and it looks good, too! I was pleased with how quickly it was shipped, and the packaging was excellent. Directions for assembly were very clear and easy to understand. 100% would recommend to others.

Customer support management is awful.

Hi Cris, thanks for your feedback. It's our highest priority to offer the best customer service experience possible. We understand that your package has gone missing despite proof of delivery. You informed us about this last night at 7:01pm after business hours and left this review 10 minutes later. We'd appreciate it if we could even get a chance to work on this today before publicly being denounced as a company having awful customer support. With this being said you'll receive an email from our customer service team to work on a solution. Thank you, Your NEEDforSEAT support team

Very please! I bought my chair in 2017 and it finally started to wear out and was uncomfortable. I called in requesting replacement parts as only the seat portion was messed up. Thomas informed me due to back order they were not able to get me a part for some time. Due to the inconvenience, he offered me free embroidering on the purchase of a new chair. A small gesture but appreciated none-the-less. The chair shipped immediately and was here in 2 days. Fantastic customer service

My chairs base, pneumatic cylinder and tilt broke. I emailed their support, provided photos and a video of the items being broken and they shipped parts immediately. Support was amazing but disassembling the chair was hard. The instructions make sense but my cylinder was so busted I had to beat it out with a real hammer.

The accessories I ordered were shipped and arrived very quickly

The purchase process was excellent. Everything occurred as planned. I am looking forward to assembling the chair and start to use it.
